Super-Food Shakes & Smoothies are something I have implemented into my daily life, and not looked back! Almond Butter Vanilla Super-food Shake

1 Cup- Crushed Ice
1/2 Cup Water or Unsweetened Almond Milk
1TBS Almond Butter
1 scoop Shakeology
